Amend "STSP → Start sequencer pattern" command
#1
STSP → Start sequencer pattern.

Can this be altered so that the change will come after the main quantization?

So if i set the sync point in the menu to 64, then the "STSP" command will adhere to that?

At the moment, i have tracks running at different speeds and when i use this command to choose a new sequencer line to play, everything changes at different times and goes out of sync.

hope thats clear. i can send a project over if its useful?

i should add that the reason for asking for this, is so that i can use one of the sample tracks (running at a slow clock rate) as a basic MASTER organizer for my song

But it does. It acts exactly the same way as if you would press start once at any time.
Also if you do the command twice, then it will change on the queuepoint.
Any different behaviour than what the startbutton does is not planned.

ah ok. maybe its user error then... I think I know what it is.

I set my patterns running at *6 speed and with a BRK command at the end to repeat so they line up with my other patterns.

The STSP command makes them miss their repeats (obviously) so they change too early!

I'd still like to use the TABLES for 24ppqn clocking of my other sequencers, but their timing is still a little inconsistent.

But *6 speed doesn't give a normal divider and wouldn't work anyway to get back in sync. The STSP command starts the new pattern after the repeats.

As for the tables, yes it is planned for V1.22. But you can still use the clock output for 24ppqn.

ah yes, but i like to start and stop my other sequencers so i need the 24ppqn in the patterns Smile

Ok maybe i'm doing something wrong then... i will look at this again, thanks for the replies!
