I think that it is not correct. The reset always came right after the last clock, also in older versions. The time increased now to 5 milliseconds. So the reset pulse comes 5 milliseconds after the last clock was released. This time is fixed and gear should be able to handle it properly.
On top of that i added another reset pulse generation when pressing SHIFT+STOP if the sequencer is stopped. That should be fine to get everything to run well.
PLEASE use the search function if something have been asked or discussed before.
Every (unnessesary) forum support means less time to develop! But of course, i am here to help!  Smile

Yes. I tried the Shift Stop when stopped and its working fine. 
If i don't do that, Circadian advances one step right after I stop Nerdseq (as usual).

I think the problem can be only in the CR then. The reset comes definitely long after the last clock.

I just uploaded a maintenance version (V1.21A) with some minor fixes of reported bugs:

- Fixed BPM change which was introduced with the last version
- Fixed ignored BRK in Midi FX when Midi track is muted
- Fixed loading Hz/Volt in Project
- Some minor GUI updates
