How do you control all 16 outputs from this expander?

You either set which outputs you want to use for the 6 columns in the track setup or access them directly through the FX
PLEASE use the search function if something have been asked or discussed before.

Could you let me know if you can access CV16 outputs from a tracks patch screen?

I dont have the expander yet...

Patches are only available for the CV/Gate tracks at the moment. But they will be there also for the other types. And for patches then, they allow to change everything that is available in the FX section. So 8x Notes, 8xMOD and so on are directly available from a patch (when it's there).
PLEASE use the search function if something have been asked or discussed before.
