Change the value like everywhere SHIFT+LEFT/RIGHT and you will get to all the other presets.
Also from the manual about the set chord:
"Finally the SET CHORD function can set the allowed notes directly to the chosen Chord by pressing the OK button. The allowed notes change then to the chord settings. Holding the OK button while changing the chord will result in a direct change of the allowed notes."
So no issues, all works! I will make a video soon about how to use everything. But check the manual which covers also everything.
