Think I'm going nuts but my unit outputs 10v for selected notes C0, & C#0  from CV and Mod outputs

0v starts at D0

Automators off?
Transpose off?
No other external influences?
PLEASE use the search function if something have been asked or discussed before.

Dam just rechecked  - Transpose set at -2

so without transpose all normal

Allright. But that needs me also to check that transpose doesn't 'flip over' if the finally transposed note is lower C-0.

Agreed minus 0v should not flip to 10v- it's a fine margin between creativity and insanity ;-)
