Wrong MIDI notes in step record

I play a C on the keyboard, I get a G# in NerdSEQ, etc.  It's like I had a table set to quantize to a chord and it's still having an effect (although I didn't think this would work on midi inputs).

I guess you turned on either the input or output transpose/offset in the input settings.
PLEASE use the search function if something have been asked or discussed before.

I have:

Project > Input / Record Setup:

MIDI DATA INPUT: ON
MIDI STEP CHANNEL: 1
MIDI IN OFFSET: 0

No other transpose on? Not sure right now if that matters.

Else, please check your midi source if there is no offset from there.
PLEASE use the search function if something have been asked or discussed before.
