Midi Recording issue
#1
I am not sure if I am doing this wrong or if this is expected behavior.

I have my daw sending out sync, I have Nerdseq set to sync to midi, I have scroll on and then record.

It scrolls down entering notes but, it missed the last several as the cursor doesn't go down but, the entire clip does in scroll mode.

I tried moving the cursor down as shown in my video but, then it missed the first batch of notes at the top when recording.

I am a bit stumped on this one.

Oh, after seeing the video i think i know what is happening:
You use Midi-Step-Channel to 'record', but what it actually does is to fill on a note at the cursor position. And since you have turned on scrolling, the cursor is moving with the screen and the receiveing midi notes are filled in.
This mode is more to navigate and then press a midi note which is filled in (or deleted)

To really record Midi you better turn off the Step channel setting and use the midi channel setting for example:
Midi Channel 1 -> Track 1 Record

Then it records Midi from channel 1 if you have a Pattern in that track 1 running running and record enabled (SHIFT+RECORD toggles record/playing).
PLEASE use the search function if something have been asked or discussed before.
