Hello, if i understand what you want to do, you have to leave a empty space between each patterns:
01 02 03 04 -- -- -- -- 05 06 07 08 instead of: 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08

Leave a gap between the patterns, then it will loop the current pattern if it is 'isolated'.
Like this in the sequencer screen, assuming you want to play pattern 02 repeating: 00 01 -- 02 -- 03
