Custom FX list
#1
I find what slows me down the most is scrolling through that what appears to be an endless list of FX options and was wondering if that can be customized/selected to what we really use the most.

A setup menu where we could select the FX we want to appear in the list would be rad.

CV1     [X]
CV2     [  ]
CV3     [  ]
CV4     [  ]
CV5     [  ]
CV6     [  ]
TRG1   [X]
...

There are only a handful of FX I use and I'm wasting precious time to find them because of this hit and miss scrolling through dozens of options that I'll never use

Pleeaase consider it's killing me Smile

I wanted to update this anyway soon because indeed the FX selection is not good anymore now that many FX have been added.
A FX selector was my plan, but this additionally seems a good idea indeed.

Yes nice idea! I would also like to be able to short the list depending of my needs.

Also it would have to be per track setting to be really usefull i think.

Im wondering how would look the fx selector?

If the fx where sorted by alphabetical order already it would help a lot to find the one we need quicker(But maybe exeption for break?)

Easy easy.....per track is not going to happen and even per type can get tricky as it needs some precious memory.
I will sort out first whats possible and then we'll see when i will implement it. Still tons of other stuff on the to do list as you know.

If this happens, I’d appreciate if it were to show the chosen FX first but still include them in the full standard list which follows if you scroll further.

Ok Smile

What about sorting by alphabetical order, would this be easy to do?

It would make it really easier to know in which direction of the list to go to find a specific fx (appart for break that is definitly very handy as it is... ).

And it would kind of sort them by type (all probs, all glides together, etc...)
