How to manage MIDI banks 9-16 if the bank selector only goes to 7F instead of FF?

You actually got to send Bank change commands through the CC before.
There is one caveat: The program change message is processed before the other FX, so the bank change would have to be one or more steps before.

I'm not sure if it makes sense or if they would be anything be in the way to change that order, so it could be in the same step.
Program Change messages have by Midi standard only 128 values, that's why it is implemented like this.
