Glide Curve Adjustment
#1
Lightbulb
The glide curves seem to be linear. It would be cool to have an option to adjust these to a more exponential or log response.

Suggestion - an fx that would set this for glide, on a scale with 000 as max log, 7FF as linear, and FFF as max expo response.

This would be a cool addition to envelope segments too, when envelopes are added  Smile

(Although having wrote this, maybe it's possible to sort of fake this in a piecewise linear way, by using a table and having the glide rate speed up or slow down from the beginning to the end of the table. But the software would do a better job of making a nice curve).

Yes, still linear for now, and i plan also to add logarithmic and exponential curves for it. Not the most important point on my list, but it will come one day!
PLEASE use the search function if something have been asked or discussed before.
Every (unnessesary) forum support means less time to develop! But of course, i am here to help!  Smile

I'm bumping this because I have found that log/expo curve, especially on slide, to be pretty key to creating certain acid sounds.

You can try to achieve this with the FX ADD/SUB/MULT/DIV functions, possibly by cascading them.
