Hi, I searched for information on this - apologies in advance if I missed a previous post that has already discussed this.
Basically I'm uncertain of the expected behaviour of calling envelopes from the FX column of the tables menu. My goal was to trigger different envelope gates from within a table that are different (shorter) from the gates used in the main pattern. For example, if I set ENV1 to value '102' in the pattern menu, the envelope gate is called as expected on the associated step. However, using the FX column to call another envelope from within the table menu, say ENV2 with much faster A-D, there is a 4-digit field. I've tried many different values in the 4-digit field (including '0102') and have yet to find a setting that triggers the ENV2 gate. I've tested the ENV2 in the main pattern, and everything works as expected, but it's just not happening from within tables... Any suggestions?
