Release Candidate Firmware V1.24 RC12

The new trigger ratchets are great but I'm trying to figure out the F0-FC, I can get to the Random Ranges table by pressing Shift-Ok but I don't really understand how it works. I've tried changing the values to like 46% -> 49% and it still just triggers, is there something else?
