Release Candidate Firmware V1.24 RC12
I've been using 8bit for everything. When I tried 16bit I didn't seem to hear a difference. I kindof assumed that the samples are getting converted to 8bit anyways when loaded (16bit sample storage sizes get cut in half when I was last messing with it, so it somewhat looks like it).

Maybe this is more appropriate in a different topic.

Possible Bug

Pattern Scroll is working in the CV Patterns but not in the Audio Tracks. I have tested this on both of my units, both running 1.24 RC11.

Hi there!

I just have to say that this release candidate is awesome! I love all the new features that you managed to squeeze in.
Having controlled random in phrases is very nice and I am enjoying exploring the more generative side of the Nerdseq Smile
I was very happy to read recently that there are preset tables (including a randomizing preset!). These have been very helpful to me in learning some of the ways that tables can be applied!

I appreciate all the effort you put into each of these updates. Also, thank you for being patient with us and for listening to all our requests.

Hi, keep up the good work, love 1.2x!
There is a (display) bug when choosing values on "Start Seq. Pattern" fx.

Thanks! Yep saw that and fixed already for the release.

Quote:UPDATE RC4:
- finished new ratcheting and random functions for the local triggers. Values in the trigger column bigger than E0 got a special function now for even and odd ratcheting, random triggers, random 'ratches', random gates based on the random ranges.

Does that means triggers will repeat in sync with the BPM (instead of milliseconds) ??

The definition of ratcheting, indeed :-)
You could do that already with the tables though.

Great!!
And thanks for the tip, I'll check that immediately.

I did it, 1.24. Both my controllers output aftertouch and this update greatly improves the midi response and recording into NerdSEQ from these controllers.

The ratcheting from the pattern screen is excellent as well. Thank you!
