Cv inputs (auto channel)

Hi, 

I have this idea while testing the cv input for recording. Would it makes sense to have some sort of auto channel/pattern way of recordings cvs? This will make the recording layer detached from the track and more attached to patterns. 

For example this would need the setting the cv inputs as:

CV1: Focused pattern CV 
CV2: Focused pattern Trig 
CV3: Focused pattern MOD 

So what this will do to allow recording multiple stuff if you are only inside the pattern. It makes sense and it would usable to at least to me. Any thoughts? Or perhaps this is possible and I missed this somehow?

Bump! Any suggestion if this might be possible? It would definitely make the recording thru 4 inputs much easier.
